Trust Index
How the score is calculated
Trust is a function of eight public categories. The ring is the composite. Weights stay internal so the matrix cannot be gamed with a purchased slot — this page names the bars, not the arithmetic.
- Licence stringency on the operating entity.
- Verified owners — named people or a listed parent, not a shell.
- Named officers and staff on the public record. A company that lists directors, a CEO and a headcount is treated as more inspectable than one that only prints a brand. Sister and parent filings count for the same brand.
- A registered address that can be checked.
- A published customer or corporate telephone.
- A published support or corporate email.
- Longevity of the operating company.
- Related companies that can be followed on a register.
Live chat and contact forms sit on the company file as communication. They do not add a separate advertised number. They support the phone/email bars when the scan finds a real rail on the official site.
Affiliate deals, bonuses, traffic and user-star ratings do not move the score. Traffic is listed next to the ring so you can see the difference.
80–100 high trust — stringent licence, named owners, verifiable contacts. 60–79 moderate. 0–59 elevated risk.
Horse racing is a product tag, not a scoring factor. A book that takes racing now shows the chip and appears when you filter to Horse racing. That change does not add a point.
