SiGMA / SBC (Sep–Oct 2024): Kateryna Biloruska sold her controlling shareholding to co-owner Sergey Portnov (joined 2011, CEO 2013–2021, then chairman). Portnov then bought remaining minorities. Wikipedia lists him as owner. This is group-level reporting, not a single Companies House PSC on the live .com.
