Founded 2014 in Lima as a retail-first sportsbook. Became Peru’s largest betting chain, then won a MINCETUR online licence when Peru regulated. Cirsa’s majority stake in 2024 folded it into a listed-sponsor private-equity group rather than a standalone family firm.
